This event will promote inclusion, economic development, and trade between both countries within the LGBTQI+ community. The forum participants will have the opportunity to engage in business-to-business appointments, each of which will be with pre-screened potential buyers, agents, distributors, or joint- venture partners in Mexico City. The forum will also include an evening reception that will feature a travel fair focused on LGBTQI+ friendly U.S. destinations. U.S. Trade and Development Agency announced it has awarded a grant to the State of Tabasco’s Secretariat for Economic Development and Competitiveness (SEDEC) for technical assistance to help expand fiber optic infrastructure throughout the state’s 17 municipalities. USTDA’s assistance advances SEDEC’s goal to provide high-speed internet access to underserved rural communities.
