The latest editions of the Stop Look Care booklets have been released. One is for Stop Look Care - 2023.pdf for working age frail adults and the other is Stop Look Care for people with learning disabilities.
The aim is to support health and social care workers/carers to feel confident that they have reached the right level to provide the care they are giving.
The booklets can also be used as a reference guide for families and personal assistants to promote awareness of certain needs and encourage a referral if concerns are identified.
Help to spot the signs of deterioration in people with a learning disability using Stop Look Care. Stop Look Care 2024.
