Get Ready for the 2022 NC Teacher Working Conditions Survey!
The NCTWC Survey is administered to every teacher and licensed school-based educator in our public schools every 2 years. For almost two decades, educators have been using NC Teacher Working Conditions Survey (NCTWC) results to drive decision-making in school and district improvements. The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction will once again provide this anonymous, online teaching conditions survey from March 1-31, 2022. Results will be accessible on www.nctwcs.org. We encourage you to participate in one of the webinars below to become familiar with all aspects of the 2022 NCTWC Survey.

2021 Performance Framework Reports
Dear charter school leaders,
Draft Performance Framework reports for the 2020-2021 school year have been uploaded to Epicenter. OCS is providing a 2 week window for schools to review and provide evidence for any measures you believe may be inaccurate. To find your report in Epicenter, go to the School Center, select your school, and then look at Submissions. As a key submission, the report will be close to the top. You can also search the Document Center for Performance Framework Report.
Noting that this report pertains to the 2020-2021 fiscal school year, email joseph.letterio@dpi.nc.gov prior to Friday February 11th with any evidence you have that a measure may have been incorrectly assessed. The Performance Framework team will then review and determine whether or not the measure/s should indeed be corrected prior to finalizing the report.
