The NCDPI ESL/Title III Team is excited to support all NC educators’ efforts by offering an opportunity to strengthen your skills through participation in targeted professional learning events. The NCDPI ESL/Title III team has presented this opportunity to the field in the past years, which has yielded positive results for participants. Thus, we are pleased to confirm that we will offer this opportunity again Spring 2022!

Join Us for Our #SettingTheStandard Series!
Second Session: January 13, 3:45 PM - 5:15 PM

The four-session NCDPI ELA #SettingTheStandards series will continue to be offered by grade-band. The goal of the professional learning series is to provide educators the opportunity to learn from, engage with, and be supported by the information and resources provided. The remaining three sessions in this series will consist of:
Session 2: Learning Progressions and PLCs
Session 3: Read Alouds
Session 4: Text Sets
The content of the second session in the series will take place on January 13 at 3:45 PM and will provide participants with essential, core knowledge about NCDPI ELA Learning Progression documents and their application within PLCs.
