We strongly recommend completing this worksheet before accessing the survey in Qualtrics to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience.
The link to the survey is in the instruction document. If you have any questions, please reach out to marshall.foster@dpi.nc.gov or susan.walz@dpi.nc.gov.

Prior Year Refunds Update and Webinars - All PSUs
Effective in mid-April, the process for returning prior year State funds for overspent PRCs, overspent months used, overspent salaries, and penalties will be moving to the Cash App. In order to facilitate a clean transition into the new process, effective Monday, March 23 they will not be available on the Refunds and Repayments Droplet form and SBS will no longer accept manual checks for these refund types. We look forward to seeing you there. Please contact CashMgt@dpi.nc.gov if you have any questions.
As a reminder, LEAs can view their prior year overspent State funds and penalties using the "701. State Overdraft Refunds and Repayments" report on SBSDART.
