Hounslow have reviewed the inclusion grant application and flow charts to include the following;
If a child presents at the provision with no previous indication of their SEND needs, you will need to speak to parents, request they sign the inclusion grant application and request a visit from the Hounslow HAF team, preferably on the Childs first day so the visit can happen quickly and effectively to support the child to be integrated into the group.

Due to the Local Authority not having received a high amount of evaluation returns, we have created a Think Sheet with some top tips to help you send us as much feedback as possible. The evaluations are crucial in helping us supply the data needed to the DfE.
The deadline for Easter evaluations to be returned is 24 April 2023, to our storage unit.

Parents always tell us that knowing exactly what activities their children will be taking part in is the main reason for choosing an activity provider. Hounslow have provided you a timetable example to ensure it meets all aspects of the DfE 2023 guidance. The timetable also links to previous activity documents Hounslow have provided. |
