Special Broadcast
1. Provider Declaration 2017/2019 – existing FE providers
only
The new
Free Entitlement (FE) Provider Declaration (September 2017 to March 2019) is
now available on our webpage www.westsussex.gov.uk/ecsfreeentitlement.
All existing FE providers must return their signed Provider
Declaration via the Online Provider Portal by 14 July 2017 in order to continue delivering FE from September 2017.
Failure to return this form by the due date may delay your autumn term estimate
payment. To access guidance and the Online Provider Portal go to www.westsussex.gov.uk/ecsportal to complete and return your
Provider Declaration Signature form electronically.
The
Parent Declaration form and Privacy Notice have been updated. Please ensure you use the latest in
order to capture the relevant permissions and information to claim funding.
Any
providers wishing to sign up to deliver Free Entitlement for 2, 3 and 4 year
olds for the first time, please contact the Family Information Service for a
separate form and do not complete
the online form.
