1. Free Entitlement Autumn Term Estimates – now open
The Online Provider
Portal (OPP) is open now for you to submit Autumn term estimates for Free Entitlement 2, 3 and 4 Year Olds. The deadline
for estimate submissions is 12 July 2017.
It’s quick
and easy! You can also include any 3 and 4 year olds who will be of eligible
age from September that present you with a validity code for the Extended FE. Please follow the guidance
titled “How to submit estimates” available here.
Remember we
need the total number of FE hours
expected to be claimed in Headcount week
only. Our system will automatically calculate the estimated total number
of FE hours for the term.
Headcount
day for autumn term is: Thursday 21 September 2017
You must
ensure that you have submitted your claim for funded 2, 3 and 4 year olds
through the OPP by the deadline. Failure to do so will mean payments will not
be made until after headcount has been processed.
Please do not submit your actual data at this
time. If you do, this information will be overwritten and lost. We only require
estimate information at present and we will request your actuals data in due
course.
If
you have any questions, please contact the Family Information Service
specialist team on 01243 777807 or email free.entitlement@westsussex.gov.uk

that met the deadline and there are no outstanding queries, please be advised

3. Crawley Hub Integrated Prevention and Earliest Help
(IPEH) Partnership drop-in events.
I would
like to invite you to one of the Crawley Hub Integrated Prevention and Earliest
Help (IPEH) Partnership drop-in events.
You will
be aware that over the past year there has been an important transformation of
services involving Young People’s Service, Early Childhood Service, Worth
Services, Think Family and Young Carers. This has created the new
Integrated Prevention and Earliest Help Service (IPEH). In addition to
this, the Health Visiting Teams, Family Nurse Partnership and School Nurses
have been recommissioned as the Healthy Child Programme and are working as part
of the IPEH. As part of this service we now provide six integrated local
Hub Systems across West Sussex with the purpose of working together with
partners to simplify the care and vital support for children, young people and
families.
This
event will provide you with information about the IPEH service and how to
access support in the Crawley Hub. It will also offer an opportunity to meet
with some members of the local Hub team and learn more about other services in
Crawley. This is an informal meeting so drop in whenever it is convenient
during the times of the events.
