Peter Sagal (host of NPR's Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me) discovered marathon running in his 40's and has finished a dozen 26.2 mile races; his fastest at 3:09!  Nice reminder that we can always search for new ways to stay fit.

The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) updated their recommendations for Physical Activity which offer more evidence to support the critical work that we do.  Not only should our students be moving more, but how do we encourage our colleagues to do this as well?  Maybe consider showing this video in your next All-Staff meeting.
