      ShapeAmerica and OSPI have partnered to offer 50 Washington state educators free, online PD.

      The PE Curriculum Builder is ideal for new Physical Educators (1-5 years of teaching) or educators in remote locations where Professional Development is sparse.

      • Preference is given to educators within Comprehensive or Targeted schools.
      • Educators can register here between April 3-24; selected educators will be notified May 1, 2018.
      • Educators who complete PE Curriculum Builder, module 1 by June 15 and module 2 by August 15, will earn 8 clock hours.

      Selected educators taking the online PD will also be able to apply for up to $500 in mini-grants (iGrants 839) to support students' learning utilizing the Health & Physical Education Learning Standards.
