Free Entitlement Spring Term estimates – reminder
A reminder that the Online Provider Portal (OPP) is open for you to submit your Spring term estimates for Free Entitlement (FE) 2, 3 and 4 Year Olds.
- Headcount Day for Spring term is 16 January 2020.
- The deadline for estimate submissions is 29 November 2019.

Please note, we only require estimate information at present and we will request your actuals (child-level) data in January.
If you have any questions, please email free.entitlement@westsussex.gov.uk or phone the Family Information Service on 01243 777807.
We are currently reviewing how settings will inform us of staff changes and will only require information on:
- Manager/main contact for the setting
- Ofsted Registered person
- Any member of staff holding an Online Provider Portal (OPP) account
We plan to role out this approach from January 2020 so in the meantime please only submit staff changes relevant to the above three criteria. Also, there will be no need for you to delete staff records that do not meet the above criteria as this will be carried out by our team.
Once live there will be a new form on the OPP which will also enable you to request logins for members of staff who require access to the OPP.
We will update you on progress via the weekly broadcast. In the meantime, please continue to use the “Staff” tab on your provider portal account, bearing in mind only staff records matching the above criteria will be retained.
