2. November is West Sussex Safeguarding Month
Following on from the success of last year, the West Sussex Safeguarding Children Board, the West Sussex Safeguarding Adults Board and West Sussex Community Safety Partnership are joining forces to deliver a month of safeguarding learning events across November.
The key purpose is to provide a range of learning and development opportunities for staff and volunteers working with vulnerable adults and children in West Sussex, aimed at improving their safeguarding knowledge, skills and understanding, and promoting joint working. There are also specific events for members of the public to attend.
