30 Hours Extended
Entitlement - Summer Term
Parents expecting to
start accessing their Extended Entitlement this summer term must have applied for their
codes with the HMRC before 31 March 2018.
However, if a parent approaches
you with a validity start date between 1
and 23 April, you will need to see
evidence they applied before 31 March before offering them an FE place
summer term.
You cannot submit
claims for those with start dates 1-23 April if the parent has applied late.
Please see attached
additional guidance with samples of acceptable evidence which parents should be
able to provide you with.
If
you have any questions about free entiltlement eligibility please get in touch
by emailing free.entitlement@westsussex.gov.uk
