DofE

Weekend Away!

The Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Award team also hosted 26 young people at a recent weekend training event in Horsham Youth Centre on 24 and 25 March 2018.

Young parents, young people with SEND, and young people who are looked after learnt skills they’ll need for their upcoming Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Expedition in April. Young people said they felt “encouraged,” “confident” and “proud” as a result of the weekend led by the DofE Award team and IPEH staff from across the service.

If you are working with a young person who would benefit from joining the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, contact Toby Wilson for more information.
