1. Important - Online Provider
Portal now closed for Planned Maintenance
As planned, please be advised that the Online
Provider Portal (OPP) is now closed whilst we upgrade our technology.
This will affect all
tasks within the OPP (including Free Entitlement, course booking requests and
the Termly update form).
Free Entitlement spring term actuals: The deadline has passed and we cannot accept
late submissions, however we will be re-opening the OPP 14-16 February for you
to check your claims. If you missed the deadline you can submit your actuals
between those dates but only for
children present during headcount week. Unfortunately we will not be able
to process any FE claims by phone or e-mail.
Please follow the
usual exceptional payment request process for children who wish to start after
headcount day.
Courses: To book spaces on courses whilst the OPP is unavailable
please contact the Family Information Service on 01243 777807, please ensure
you have your training subscription number available. The OPP will be available
again by 2 February 2018.
