Early Years Provider Agreement

The Local Authority Early Years Provider Agreement and Parent Declaration form for September 2025.

To support with the implementation of this please can all provider agreements be signed and returned back to the Local Authority, using the FISH email address, FISH@eastriding.gov.uk, no later than Friday 25^th July.

Please note: Returned Provider Agreements must be signed not typed signatures.
