Education: Information to share with parents and carers to release additional Pupil Premium funding - parents serving in the Armed Forces. The deadline for registering children is 2 October.
NHS: Asthma Accreditation Launch Event - 6 October
Admissions: Changes on secondary in year admissions application processes. For those applying for secondary school places who are not on roll in the city, we ask questions on the application form to identify whether an applicant may need to be considered by FAP.
We send out a questionnaire to all previous schools within the UK asking for data on pupils regarding behaviour. In line with neighbouring authorities, please note we will no longer send out questionnaires to previous schools for standard applicants. This is due to the low return rate as under GDPR most schools are only willing to share data on a school to school basis.

Early Years: We are delighted to announce that we currently have funding to provide a limited number of FREE places on the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Transition to Play Work Qualification.
Learners who wish to study for this qualification must be at least 18 years old, have 2 years of childcare and/or education experience, and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in education or childcare. Please complete this form by 26 September to express your interest.
