McKinley Interchange - Utility Relocation

SR 120 McKinley Interchange

Although there have been some delays caused by recent storms, this project continues to make great progress. In March, crews completed the removal and relocation of utilities and poles for both Comcast and Frontier Communications. Click here to read more.

Tacos Chapala

Tacos Chapala is "serving up big portions at street prices." From their fresh handmade tortillas, to 10 types of meat to choose from, they are drawing many people into their new location.

West Coast Sourdough

West Coast Sourdough has opened a new location in Manteca in the Stadium Center Shopping Plaza. Their sandwiches feature bread that is "completely natural & 100% free of preservatives! Proudly using a starter that originates from a mother dough from 1995."

Ramen 101

Ramen 101 says their "number one priority is to provide AUTHENTICITY to the Ramen 101 experience." They are firm believers that ramen should always be enjoyed fresh. Their fresh broth is imported straight from Japan.

Staybridge Suites Under Construction

2023 Small Business Assistance Matching Grant Program

The City of Manteca is excited to release the 2023 Small Business Assistance Matching Grant (SBAMG) Program. Priority areas include restaurants and entertainment businesses.

2023 Façade Improvement Matching Grant

The purpose of the Façade Improvement Matching Grant (FIMG) Program is to provide financial assistance in the form of a matching grant to commercial property and/or business owners to make façade improvements to commercial buildings located within the Manteca City Limits.

Community Health Update

SJReady Alerts

San Joaquin County has partnered with Everbridge to implement a community notification system, SJREADY Alerts, to alert residents about emergency events and other important public safety information.

This system allows San Joaquin County to provide you with critical information quickly in a variety of situations such as severe weather, unexpected road closures, and evacuations of neighborhoods and buildings.
