New Boat and RV Storage Facility

A new boat and RV storage facility has entered into the planning pipeline for the City. The project, located at 259 Swanson Rd., will hold 122 RV/Boat stalls of two different sizes: 64 45’x12’ stalls and 58 35’ x12’ stalls. There will also be a 440-square foot office located in the southeast corner of the property.

The total site area is approximately 5.2 acres, but approximately 0.8 acres will be dedicated as an SSJID easement, leaving approximately 4.4 acres of usable space for the boat and RV storage area.
