Proposed Banquet and Event Center

The Veranda Banquet Hall has entered into the planning cycle with a conditional use permit application to change the current use from retail to indoor amusement/entertainment. The proposed location will be between Moffat Blvd. and HWY 99 and will reside in the former location of Ambience Furniture and City Mattress Outlet.

The building has planned updates that will include additional rest rooms, buffet areas, updated ceilings and light fixtures, and a new back patio area.
