Manteca is getting a new supermarket on N. Main St., El Rancho Supermarket. Located at 441 N. Main St., this market will add walkable shopping to the neighborhood and be a great addition to the city.

Slides Featuring New Outdoor Patio
Nash Patel has created a great new outdoor spot for dinning and fun. Slides is his new venture that replaces the former Cabana Del Sol restaurant at 1124 W. Yosemite Ave.

New Projects on the Horizon |

 The Development Services Department is currently reviewing a planned commercial development south of State Route 120. The planned development will be located on the southwest corner of Atherton Dr. Ave. and S. Main St. Read more.
New Hotel Coming to Manteca
The City of Manteca's Planning Commission has approved the initial plan for a Courtyard Marriott. The hotel will be a 117 room, four story building located at 2303 Atherton Drive. Read more.

Active promotion of sales in the downtown are starting to appear and the Economic Development Division is happy to see this movement on Loopnet, a website promoting properties for sale or lease. Read more.

Manteca Marketplace Update
Economic development is happening all over the city of Manteca. The infill of vacant storefronts continues and new businesses are popping up monthly. The Manteca Marketplace, located at the corner of Union Rd. and Yosemite Ave. is no exception.
