Planned Grocery Store south of SR 120

The Development Services Department is currently reviewing a planned commercial development south of State Route 120. The planned development will be located on the southwest corner of Atherton Dr. and S. Main St.

According to Deputy Development Director, Jeffrey Hightower, as proposed, the center is 105,000 SF and will be anchored by a 50,000 SF grocery store. The site will also feature retail shops and a proposed gas station that will include a drive-thru restaurant. This development is currently in the City's planning process and will be discussed in future Planning Commission meetings.
