Loma Beer Garden Planning Continues

Loma Brewing Company has moved to the next phase of planning for the proposed beer garden facility that will be located near the corner of Milo Candini and Daniels St. in the city of Manteca.

Loma has presented a planning application package to the Development Services Department outlining the proposed design and layout of the facility. When completed, the proposed site will house an 11,253 SF brewery and taproom, an 800 SF container kitchen with an attached coffee bar and meat smoker, along with an outdoor drinking, dining, and recreation area.

Located adjacent to Big League Dreams and across the street from the Stadium Center shopping area, the beer garden will be in a prime location to attract both the locals and tourists visiting Great Wolf Lodge and other attractions within the city. This site will not only be a great addition to the City but will also contribute greatly to the evening and weekend economy.
