Downtown Property Available

In an effort to combat blight in the downtown and throughout the City, Manteca approved a Boarded and Vacant Ordinance. This ordinance requires property owners to ensure their buildings are clean, free from graffiti and in a state to be sold or leased.

Active promotion of sales in the downtown are starting to appear and the Economic Development Division is happy to see this movement on Loopnet, a website promoting properties for sale or lease.

The site currently lists two downtown parcels. 126-128 W. Yosemite Ave. and 311 W. Yosemite Ave.
