Great Start to the Fiscal New Year
Maricopa County's Board of Supervisors recently approved pay-for-performance raises.
Classified, unclassified, or contract employees, with a current performance evaluation rated “successful” or above, and who have been at the County for a year, are eligible for a pay raise in FY 2026.
Pay increases will become effective on July 7 and will start showing up on paychecks on July 30.

Get Security Alerts, Stay Safe
Maricopa County is committed to ensuring your health and safety. Log into Workday to verify your contact information is correct. Doing so will allow you to receive up-to-date Security Alerts from Emergency Management and Security Services in the event of an emergency.
Be it a gas leak, a fire, or any other active threat, having accurate contact info could save your life.

Maricopa County offers preventive health programs and resources to employees so they can live long, healthy lives. With Maricopa County's health, vision, and dental plans, many of the recommended screenings/exams are available at no cost.

Coming Soon: Banner|Aetna EPO Plus Plan
This fall, County employees will have a brand-new healthcare plan to choose from during Open Enrollment. Meet the Banner|Aetna EPO Plus plan – coming to Maricopa County in Plan Year 2026. This new healthcare plan will be replacing the Cigna Network plan that is ending on December 31, 2025.
Key features of Banner|Aetna EPO Plus:

The Banner|Aetna EPO Plus plan includes medical care, behavioral health care, and prescription drugs |

No requirement for primary care physician (PCP) assignment; although, choosing a PCP is encouraged |

No referrals needed for specialist visits |

Access to wellness support programs (i.e., Virta, Joint and Back Care, Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss) |
 |
|
No member cost for virtual primary care through 98point6 |

Workday Just Got Easier to Navigate
The new Benefits and Pay Hub has launched in Workday, giving you a centralized place to view and manage your pay, benefits, and compensation. Quickly reference your most recent paycheck amount, deductions, benefits costs, and annual rewards package from the Home Page menu. Simply scroll to the Personal section of the menu and click on Benefits and Pay.
To protect your privacy, sensitive details are hidden by default—click the “eye” icon to show or hide them. Use the expandible Benefits and Pay Hub menu to review your benefits elections, manage beneficiaries, review payments, and more. If you haven’t already, explore this easy-to-use app today!
