Maybe you’ve seen them on the digital messaging boards around the county administration building: messages from county supervisors, praising your work ethic, your dedication, and your impact.
 These aren’t just words; board members consistently vote to provide resources that support employees at work and in their personal lives, whether it’s a generous benefits package, on-site childcare, or new work facilities that provide a better environment to serve residents.
 Earlier today, the Board of Supervisors made another investment in you: the Board approved a Pay-for-Performance plan that provides raises for employees who are successfully performing their jobs. If you have a current performance evaluation rated “successful” or above, you are eligible for a pay raise in FY 2026 once you have a least one year at the County. Pay increases will be effective on 7/7/2025 and will start showing up on paychecks on 7/30/2025. If you have any questions, please ask your supervisor.
