Annual Women's History Month event video available on demand
On March 21, the King County Council hosted its annual educational panel discussion for Women’s History Month. This year's theme is Empowering Women who Power the Economy, an event that dove into the role of women in our economy. The panelists shared their experiences and you can now watch online if you were unable to be there.
This event was co-sponsored by Councilmembers Claudia Balducci, Teresa Mosqueda, Sarah Perry, and the Legislative Branch Equity and Social Justice Team.

Professional Development Scholarship applications accepted through March 31
The second application period for the 2024 Coalition Labor Agreement Professional Development Scholarship is open and ends on March 31, 2024.
These scholarship opportunities are offered to assist eligible employees with their career development.
This application period is for scholarships to pay for training courses or degree programs that begin in 2024 or have tuition and fees to pay during 2024. Watch this video and learn more.

Tech Tip: Content Manager is online
Content Manager is an enterprise-wide tool that is available to all King County employees. As part of ongoing support, Content Manager was upgraded to the most recent software version offered by the vendor. This allows King County to stay on top of technology changes, and ensures employees are fully supported.
The upgrade work is complete, and you should now be able to open and utilize Content Manager as you normally do.
If you have questions or issues
If you are unable to open Content Manager, submit a ticket via the IT Helpdesk.
If you have any other questions about using Content Manager, please contact records.management@kingcounty.gov.
Remember that you must be connected to VPN and/or King County's network to access Content Manager. Your account must also be activated by Record Management.
