CSMS # 59012789 - Partner Government Agency (PGA) items (including the Environmental Protection Agency’s Hydrofluorocarbons message set) will be part of the ACE Production deployment on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. ET

The following Partner Government Agency (PGA) related items will be deployed to ACE Production on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. ET:

FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA):

The EPA Hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) code will be deployed. (This was originally scheduled for January 13, 2024.) The EPA HFC flags (EH1, EH2) will be enforced with a reject severity following the deployment. (See CSMS # 58769730, 58388831, 58278422, 58107408, 58616286)

FOR THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE, OFFICE OF MARINE CONSERVATION (OMC):

The new business rule for the Northern Red Snapper under the Seafood Import Monitoring Program (SIMP) / National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) will be deployed. (See CSMS # 58783149, 58546756)

FOR THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA):

Deploy bug fix related to the following requirement (for DEV, NED/RED):
- If the intended use code in PG01 is 081.003 or 081.004, then a PG23 record must be present with an AOC code = KIT.

FOR THE CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION (CPSC):

Deploy updated logic to allow CP1, CP2, CP3 in the PG60 record after a PG21 record.
Deploy fix related to a PU5 error. Trade must provide one PG60 = CIT. But can also submit other valid PG60's.
Deploy new rule: If program code = CPS, then a processing code or a disclaim code is required. If neither given, or if both given, send PGR error (EITHER PRCSNG OR DISCLAIM CD RQD PER PGA).

FOR THE ANIMAL AND PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION SERVICE (APHIS):

Fixed AVS (APHIS Veterinary Service) bug causing PF7 error (MISSING OR INVALID ENT NUM PER PGA) to incorrectly trigger.

FOR THE ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO TAX AND TRADE BUREAU (TTB):

Fixed bug related to when a PG14 with TZ3 and a valid exemption code are submitted, the system incorrectly triggers a PDW-INVALID PERMIT NUMBER PER PGA. However, a permit (LPCO number) is not expected in this scenario.

OTHER BUG FIXES:

Fixed issue where PGA flags were not always appending to error codes PU2 (PGA DATA MSNG ON HTS-NO ACTN RQD) and P00 (PGA DATA MISSING PER PGA FLAG).
