CSMS # 58278422 - An Updated EPA Supplemental Guidelines Document is Available, With Updates to Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)

An updated version (15) of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Implementation Guide (IG) is now available, with updates made to the Hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) section of the document. This version is posted to the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” section, located here: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair.

The HFC requirements are expected to be available for testing in the ACE Certification environment in early December 2023 and to deploy to Production for required HFC filing in early January 2024. A future CSMS will be sent to confirm the actual dates.
