Continue Helping Consumers with Help On Demand: You can find tips on maximizing your participation in Help On Demand here.
Open Enrollment is Over: But you can still help small group clients enroll in SHOP coverage or help individuals and families enroll through a special enrollment period (SEP).
CMS Portal Updates Live This Week: We’ve simplified the CMS Enterprise Portal login process and navigation to the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) training page.
Help Desk Holiday Hours: Help desks for agents and brokers will be closed on Christmas Day, Monday, December 25. Regular hours resume on Tuesday, December 26.
