Open Enrollment Is Over. Now What?

Keep Helping Clients Year-Round

Open Enrollment has ended for the Individual Marketplace, but there are still two types of consumers who need your help enrolling year-round:

Clients who experience a qualifying event can enroll in or change plans outside of Open Enrollment through a special enrollment period (SEP). Learn more about SEPs here.
Small businesses and non-profit organizations can enroll in SHOP coverage any time of year.

And don’t forget: Your clients MUST pay their first month’s premium for their coverage to take effect. Follow up with your clients today to make sure they’ve paid their premiums. If your clients have questions, direct them here to get help. There are also many resources on HealthCare.gov you can use to show your clients how to submit payments online.
