We need your help with the Summer Reading Challenge!
This year’s Summer Reading Challenge, Gadgeteers, is launching on Saturday 9 July and we need volunteers to help us with this! The Summer Reading Challenge is a fantastic annual activity which encourages children to keep reading over the summer holidays by borrowing books from their local library, collecting rewards and stickers and joining in with fun activities.
We are looking for volunteers who are enthusiastic about books and reading to help families join the challenge, give out goody bags, certificates and medals and chat to the children about what they are reading. For more details go to our Summer Reading Challenge webpage where you will find the online application form and more information about this volunteer role.
