2016-17 extension
Please be
advised that Summer term Estimate payments were released week commencing 3
April to all Free Entitlement settings who have claimed and returned the
Provider Declaration 2016-17 extension form.
Unfortunately we cannot release
payment until we have received your signed Provider Declaration via the Online
Provider Portal. You
may receive a phone call from us if this form is still outstanding.
Please
refer to the broadcast sent on 12 April 2017 for further information regarding
the Provider Declaration 2016-17.
2. Summer Term Free
Entitlement actuals claims - advance notice
The Online Provider Portal will be open for Summer Term
Free Entitlement (FE) actuals claims from Wednesday
26 April 2017. Please do not submit claims prior to this date.
Headcount day: Thursday 11 May 2017
It is important to read the attached information and
follow the guidance entitled “How to claim child-level funding” available at www.westsussex.gov.uk/ecsportal before submitting any information.
Please note:
- All children on your headcount record will
be listed with 0 hours. Therefore,
you must check and update all child
records.
- You can decrease the number of weeks
attended in the term for each child via the Online Provider Portal. However, if
you wish to increase the number of weeks as you are claiming FE as per the
stretched funding option, please contact the Family Information Service. Once
we have enabled this, you will need to log back into the Online Provider Portal
and increase the number of weeks for each child.
Deadline for return: Friday 19 May 2017.
If
you have any queries please contact the Family Information Service on 01243
