Helping you to prepare for Census 2021

Here at ONS we’re continuing to work on the deliver the 2021 Census as planned

We are aware of the extraordinary demands the current situation is putting on local authorities, and like many of you, we’re working differently.

We continue to be guided by the evidence and latest advice from Government and medical experts and will keep you updated on any changes through these newsletters.

Workshops to help you to prepare for Census 2021

In our last newsletter we told you about a series of interactive regional workshops in the summer to support you to prepare for the census.

Following your feedback, we’ve redesigned these events so that we can deliver them virtually, using Skype.

We are holding the first 2 events at the end of April to check that the format and the technology work.  If the workshops are a success, we’ll be rolling them out across England and Wales during May and June.

We’ll let you know how we get on in the next newsletter.
