NWAS
NWAS Community Listening event
Tuesday 23 January, 10am to 2pm
Location: Guidance Hub, 389 Waterloo Rd, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 9AB
People living and working in Greater Manchester are invited by North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) to share their views and experiences of their 999 emergency ambulance service, patient transport service (PTS) and NHS 111 service as part of a community conversation event.
Whether you’re an interested member of the public, NHS professional, carer, patient, or healthcare champion, they want to listen to and learn from you. They are hosting a series of events across the five counties of the North West (Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cumbria and Lancashire) to meet and talk to people who use their services.
During the event, you will hear how they help thousands of patients who need urgent and emergency care every day and what to expect from their services heading into 2024. You will help them to understand what’s important to people in your area by sharing your views and experiences in fun and interactive activities. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to frontline staff and senior leaders.
Please note, free parking, food and refreshments are available to attendees.
If you are interested in attending, please book your tickets online or by emailing talk.tous@nwas.nhs.uk or calling 07812305630
