Wellbeing support for North Manchester's unemployed residents aged 50+

- Finding employment
- Increasing your confidence and motivation
Their pathways 50+ service offers an opportunity to connect with others and engage in activities, whilst receiving the personalised support you need. They will support all those referred onto the programme through with a personalised 1-2-1 intervention plan and through peer support groups which have been designed to help their participants with their health and wellbeing, reduce isolation, to build confidence, to manage mental health/physical health conditions and to offer employability training and access to volunteering opportunities.

Are you an unemployed woman and would benefit from some free support in securing a job interview, or succeeding at your upcoming job interview? Then Smart Works Greater Manchester is for you. Smart Works is a female employment charity that provides free styling and coaching services for interview and job success.
They offer personalised one to one Career Coaching to support you in identifying tangible next steps to secure a job interview.
If you have an upcoming job interview, they offer an Interview Styling and Coaching service. You will receive a complete, high-quality interview outfit and accessories (yours to keep) and personalised one to one interview coaching to help you succeed at your interview.
On successfully gaining employment, they'll welcome you back to build a capsule wardrobe ready to start your new job (yours to keep).
All their services are free of charge and can be delivered in-person, or remotely through on-line coaching and clothing parcels directly sent to you.
