Provider Agreement briefing sessions follow up:-
Following the Early Years, Local Authority Provider Agreement briefing sessions, last week, Thursday 27 March 2025, please find enclosed a copy of the PowerPoint presentation, a response to the questions asked and a copy of the parental declaration form which includes Early Years Pupil Premium from nine months. The PowerPoint presentation will also be available on the Knowledge Hub. Thank you to everyone for sending in their signed provider agreement, please can these be returned to the Fish team on FISH@eastriding.gov.uk by Thursday 17 April 2025.
