Hays have provided specialist recruitment support to the Education Sector for more than 20 years and have a range of knowledge and experience both locally and nationally on the challenges and considerations when recruiting to Educational roles.
Hays have offered four workshop dates (45 minutes each session) where they can provide education leaders with information and tools, to support their schools, to successfully recruit to your roles providing market insights, advice and tips on how to excel and promote your school in this competitive market.
The four dates provide a mixture of face to face or virtual sessions although a face to face session will provide more interaction and benefit to attendees.

Academies must go on to the Primary Assessment Gateway (PAG) and notify STA if they are using a non-geographic local authority for KS2 monitoring and moderation. It is good practice for academies to inform their geographic local authority if they intend to use an alternative local authority.
