Funding Opportunity: Community and Faith-Based Infant and Maternal Health Support Services - November 15, 2023
The Ohio Department of Health, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Children and Youth, posted the Community- and Faith-Based Maternal and Infant Health Support Services Funding Opportunity. Ohio allocated $5 million in the state budget for community- and faith-based organizations to establish or expand programs that (1) address gaps in existing maternal and infant support systems and (2) support pregnant people and newly parenting families. The Department will award contracts ranging from $30,000 to $350,000. The timeline is included below:

Questions are due by Nov. 20, 4:00 p.m. Submit questions via email to Hilary.Stoll@odh.ohio.gov and Stacy.Herman@childrenandyouth.ohio.gov. The Department will share the full list of questions and answers with eligible applicants.

Notice of Intent to Apply is due Nov. 22, 4:00 p.m. Submit a notice of intent to apply and proof of nonprofit status.

Applications are due Nov. 29, 4:00 p.m. Submit the following application components:
- Project Narrative (five-page limit)
