For guidance on how to complete the application, please visit the CTS Website or contact your assigned CTS Program Administrator.
Important Reminders
-
PRC 0105 budgets and CCIP application are due on or before Monday, December 15, 2025. CCIP applications cannot be processed without a submitted budget.
- FY-26 is a planning year. It is completely acceptable for initial budgets to include only Supplies and Materials codes with the intent to submit an amendment later, once CSI / TSI plans are finalized and specific funding needs are identified.
- Object Codes 01800 and 01830 appear in the Chart of Accounts for PRC 0105 because the chart is tied to previous funding approval. However, these Object Codes for incentives/bonuses are not an allowable use of funds under FY-26 PRC 0105. Please note that PRC 0181 will remain in the PRC 0105 Chart of Accounts for use in providing local supplement when positions are funded with federal funds. This code should not be used for incentives/bonuses.
Please reach out to your CTS Program Administrator if you need any assistance, we are here to support you!

Important Notes for Charter Schools Using Third-Party Lottery Vendors
As charter schools prepare for the upcoming school year and utilize third-party vendors for their lottery and registration processes, please keep the following in mind:
- If your vendor collects student registration data, do not import household or census data directly into Infinite Campus. This can lead to data integrity issues. Importing data into Infinite Campus should only be done with direct assistance from Infinite Campus support or an Infinite Campus channel partner.
- Due to North Carolina’s Student UID system, students cannot be imported into Infinite Campus using external files.
- Instead, each student who has accepted a seat must be enrolled using the Student Locator Wizard within Infinite Campus to ensure proper identity matching and compliance.
Please feel free to reach out to your NCSIS Professional Learning Consultant with any questions (jennifer.fogleman@dpi.nc.gov)

Draft 1 of K-12 Math Standards Stakeholder Review and Feedback *UPDATE*
Thank you to everyone who has already taken a moment to provide feedback on the first draft of proposed NC K-12 Math standards revisions. Your feedback is essential to the revision and improvement of the NC Math standards. Due to the busy nature of this time of year and Thanksgiving week, the deadline for submitting responses has been extended. The feedback window will now close at 5:00pm EST on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025.
-------------------------------------
The NCDPI K-12 Math team is excited to announce the release of the first draft of proposed revisions to the K-12 Math Standard Course of Study. North Carolina State Board of Education policy specifies that the NC Department of Public Instruction will formally collect feedback on the proposed draft standards from educators, administrators, parents, students, institutions of higher education, business/industry representatives, national organizations, and other education agencies.
The purpose of this survey is to obtain input from all stakeholders on the proposed K-12 Math Standards to inform any additional revisions, including changes, clarifications, additions, deletions, or replacements to the draft standards.
This process began with a review phase conducted throughout the 2024-2025 school year. The review phase included gathering relevant research and analyzing data obtained through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. The data obtained was analyzed by the K-12 Math Standards Data Review Committee (DRC). The DRC completed a formal report summarizing the data, trends within the feedback, and any resulting recommendations. The report was provided to the Standards Writing Team as the basis for starting the revision process.
This first draft of the proposed 2026 K-12 Math Standards is based on the analysis in the DRC Report. The K-12 Math team requests your thoughtful input and comments on Draft 1 of the proposed K-12 Math academic standards. To help in reviewing the draft standards, the K-12 Math team is sharing several resources to provide additional background information. These include:
Please feel free to choose which grades and courses you'd like to provide feedback on. You can choose as many grades and courses as you would like. Please submit your responses by 5:00pm EST on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025.
Thank you; your feedback is extremely valuable to the K-12 Math Standards revision process.

Technical Update to the EDDIE System
Several PSUs have noticed an issue where changes to the login/secure side of EDDIE are not moving to the public side following the 24-hour syncing period. Our IT team has been made aware and is working on a solution. We will notify the PSUs once this has been resolved.
Please continue to update the SAM IDs and expiration dates in the meantime. As a reminder, PSUs must enter their Federal SAM IDs and expiration dates in the EDDIE system. Failure to do so may result in PSUs being placed on Federal noncompliance and/or their Federal funds being withheld.
Please ensure that you address this with your PSU's EDDIE administrators and create the correct process workflow and internal controls to keep this data current. If you are unsure who is the administrator at your PSU, please reach out to EDDIE@dpi.nc.gov.
