In Academic Year 2024-25, MI Student Aid will be sending a month end GovDelivery recapping the communications shared that month. This is not an exhaustive list and we encourage you to review all previous messages.
- An issue has been identified impacting Academic Year 2025-26 eligibility for students who have an SAI of greater than 30,000. Once the issue is resolved, we will send an update via GovDelivery.

- MI Student Aid 2nd quarter payments were processed by February 20, 2025.
- The calculation of the ‘Last Semester of Eligibility’ field has been fixed.
- Institutions are encouraged to run their ‘Remaining Eligibility Report’ for these programs to confirm/verify any information they have on file is updated to match the report now that is it fully accurate.

Resolved: An issue has been identified impacting Michigan Achievement Scholarship students in the 2025-26 Academic Year. Students who have selected a Four-Year institution may appear as “Eligible” with an SAI of greater than 30,000. These students will also appear to be marked *Rollover Student* however, this is not accurate.
