Winter/Spring Certification/Reimbursement Deadline Approaching

Winter/Spring Certification/Reimbursement - Deadline, February 18, 2025

The 2nd quarter payment date is scheduled for February 19, 2025. To be included in the 2nd quarter payments, awards must be certified and reimbursements requested by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on February 18, 2025. Only accepted requests that are submitted prior to the payment date will be included in the 2nd quarter payments. Accepted requests that are processed after the 2nd quarter payment date will be included in the 3rd quarter payment.

Important: When utilizing the file upload process for certification/reimbursement, School Users must review their CSV files in notepad prior to upload. This ensures file format is accurate and no additional lines remain outside of the student data you are certifying. Additional rows with no data result in a systemwide error in MiSSG preventing all institutions from utilizing the certification/reimbursement process.
