What about at work?

You might have already started working on your physical, social and spiritual self-care. But what are you doing about your self-care at work?

Practicing self-care at work can help prevent feelings of stress or burnout. When you find ways to care for your mental and physical health at work, you can feel more relaxed and focused throughout the day. Self-care is also a way to remind yourself that you are a person before an employee.

How are you doing with your self-care while you are at work?

Take this short self-care assessment quiz to figure out your needs and make your plan to take better care of yourself thanks to your newfound understanding.
