What about at work?

You might have already started working on your physical, social and spiritual self-care. But what are you doing about your self-care at work?

Practicing self-care at work can help prevent feelings of stress or burnout. When you find ways to care for your mental and physical health at work, you can feel more relaxed and focused throughout the day. Self-care is also a way to remind yourself that you are a person before an employee.

Take the Back-To-School Green Meals Challenge!

Ensure your children are ready to learn and have a boost of energy every day. Research shows that eating healthy meals can help manage anxiety and improve children’s moods. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner, try adding two greens to two meals daily for 30 days. Make sure children choose healthy green meals at home, school or program! Broadening Options and Opportunities for Students Today (BOOST) Program

The Broadening Options and Opportunities for Students Today (BOOST) program provides scholarships for some K-12 students who are eligible for the free or reduced–price school meals program (FARMS) to attend eligible nonpublic schools.  Awards are granted based on household income, with the lowest income served first.

Applications are open once per year. Learn more about the BOOST Program and prepare for the 2023-24 school year application.
