Customer Testimonial

Carol is thankful for job assistance from Professional Outplacement Assistance Center (POAC)

I'm happy to let you know that I started a full-time employee position with Engility this week. I am a government contractor supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. I'm a senior program analyst and a hybrid employee based in IT focusing on communications and finance. A perfect blend of all that I bring to the table. The best part - I am 100% remote! This particular unemployment journey was eight months long. The POAC experience and classes are a tremendous asset - i.e., stay focused and remain positive. I was told I was hired for my personality and my talent. All three interviews were by phone. My computer was mailed to me. No face-to-face. Albeit, I admit I was born with a phone in my ear. Feel free to share my story with others. Many thanks for all your support!
