Veteran Ethan had a series of short-term, low-paying positions in a number of industries and had difficulty maintaining a stable career path leading to a sustainable income and growth opportunities. With the help of WIOA-funded training, MSDE's Department of Rehabilitative Services, and DLLR's Registered Apprenticeship program, Ethan is already enjoying greater stability and earnings. Read more...

Benchmarks of Success Video - Management, Frontline Staff, and Partners

As promised, part 1 of the second video in the Benchmarks of Success series is now available on the DLLR website. Featuring Department of Human Services (DHS) Secretary Lourdes R. Padilla, this video focuses on State Plan and Benchmarks messages of interest to management, frontline staff, and workforce partners.
