Manteca's Newest Hotel

Located at 1878 Daniels St., Manteca's Staybridge Suites is a four-story hotel with 101 rooms. It consists of over 75,000 sf and features a pool, laundry facility, outdoor patio, and fitness center. Click here to read more.

Manteca's Industrial Development continues to grow as a new 295,000 sf beverage distribution warehouse, located at 2261 Operations Place, nears completion. Click here to read more.

Veranda Continues Banquet Hall Expansion

The Veranda brand continues its banquet hall expansion plans along the Moffat corridor.

With the Veranda Gardens Banquet Facility already under construction, a new permit was issued for 8,000 sf. tenant improvement adjacent to the current facility. Click here to read more.
