Veranda Continues Banquet Hall Expansion

 The Veranda brand continues its banquet hall expansion plans along the Moffat corridor. With the Veranda Gardens Banquet Facility already under construction, a new permit was issued for 8,000 sf. tenant improvement adjacent to the current facility.
The owners of the Veranda, who already transformed the old El Rey Theater building on Yosemite into a premier destination for weddings and events, are expanding into Southeast Manteca. They are in the process of renovating the former Aqua Pool & Spa and Ambience Furniture location into two major banquet facilities. The addition of these two facilities, along with the conferencing space at Great Wolf Lodge and the existing banquet and event centers throughout Manteca, will make us more attractive for hosting large events and conferences.
