Located at 1026 Lifestyle St., a new 17,608 sf project is now in the planning pipeline and will welcome Sutter Gould Medical Foundation offices.

The City issued the permit for the $7M tenant improvement project to an existing shell building that has been vacant since its construction over 14 years ago in the Orchards Valley Shopping Center.
