Good morning,
First, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Kate Hiller as we celebrate her retirement. She has truly been a valued member of the District 1 family. After years of dedicated service, Kate is beginning a well-earned new chapter in her life.
Throughout her time with the County, Kate has been known for her professionalism, kindness, and steadfast commitment to serving District 1 constituents and the community. Kate’s work has made a lasting, positive impact on residents and her colleagues alike.
While the team and I will miss Kate, we are deeply grateful for everything she has contributed to our success over the past five years. Please join us in wishing Kate a joyful, healthy, and fulfilling retirement. We hope the years ahead bring all the relaxation, adventure, and happiness she deserves.
At the same time, I am excited to welcome Nathan Bacal, who will be stepping into Kate’s role. Nathan brings a strong background in communications and public service, along with a genuine passion for community engagement. His approach aligns closely with the values of our office, and we are confident he will be a great addition to the District 1 team.
Please join us in celebrating Kate’s years of service and welcoming Nathan as he begins this new role. We look forward to the continued work ahead on behalf of District 1 residents.
